Shipping Policy .

Free Shipping On All Orders (within the Continental U.S. only)

* Certain orders that are shipped outside the reach of our normal FREE SHIPPING delivery network, may carry shipping and or residential upcharges. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, you will be notified by email with your options. One option being able to cancel your order if so desired. In that case your card would not be billed. Orders are normally processed next business day after order is placed.

*Additional charges may be incurred for any off land properties that are only accessible by ferry or plane.

*All Deliveries are curbside unless the customer makes special arrangements with the shipping company.

Sales Tax Policy .

Our store charges and collects sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Florida only. All payments are made in full at the time of your purchase, If your product has a long leadtime you must still pay in full at time of purchase. (Most special finishes from many manufactures have 4 to 6 week leadtimes.)

Return Policy .

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchasing for a credit, provided it is in it's original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are subjected to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer, plus all shipping charges. Some items are non returnable and non refundable. Special finish items may have higher restocking charges or depending on the manufacturer, may be non-returnable. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion. If you are not sure what the return policy is for a certain item, then please inquire before you make your purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization, issued by either or our vendor that shipped your goods. Returned goods authorizations must be received from only.

All products must be returned in original packaging and in reasonable condition. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery and not claimed on the original delivery receipt. Installed product cannot be returned for credit.

Freight Claims .

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt, you should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made immediately. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately. cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are concealed. Please make sure your freight is acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed for your goods in good shape any later recourse would have to be taken up directly with the freight company that delivered your goods.

Cancellation Policy .

You may cancel your order, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped from our inventory, or a a non-cancelable purchase order, had not been generated by to our vendor. Leadtimes vary based on product type and finish. Our customer service desk can inform your of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. In some cases an item with a special order custom finish, may not be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.

Any items needed to be replaced or refunded due to you feeling that the item is defective, is subject to final inspection by the manufacturer. The manufacturer must claim their product defective to replace or refund. If the manufacturer feels that there is no defect in a product then we must represent their decision.
